The Good and the Bad

"We can observe in the succession of kings what a mixture there was of good and bad. Wicked Rehoboam begat wicked Abijah; wicked Abijah begat good Asa; good Asa begat good Jehoshaphat; good Jehoshaphat begat wicked Joram.
