The Arlington Meeting
This was a meeting between two groups of sincere brethren of opposing views relative to church organization, work, and cooperation. The men of each group were men of ability and stature among the brethren who shared their concepts and practices. The immediate purpose of the meeting was to discuss from a Bible point of view the issues which divide us, and to do this in a spirit of mutual respect for each other and deep concern for the truth of God and the unity of his people. There were 26 speakers who took part in this discussion.
Topics include Bible Authority and expediencies related to benevolence, individual responsibility vs church work, co-operation of churches and maintaining fellowship according to bible authority.
